Thanks for joining me! This is my first blog post on my brand new website. I plan to review hot sauces and this spring start growing many different styles of peppers, mild peppers, medium spiced peppers, hot peppers and sweet peppers. Diane, I will be posting about many varieties of peppers and sauces. So there will be a wide variety of analyses of the different sauces and peppers. Johnbarleycorn12, I will keep the posts coming as I find new material. Just so you are aware, I will be reviewing a wide variety of peppers. Some sweet, some mild, some medium heat, as well as some ultra hot peppers.

Diane, this blog will be more encompassing of different peppers, regardless of the type, as well as hot sauces and other stuff. There will be plenty of material relating to hot sauces and so on, however, the pepper analysis and reviews will encompass a wide variety of peppers.

Judy, I have a very high tolerance for spicy foods, hot sauces and so on. I also do enjoy the sweet peppers.

Happy Orbits, the U.S.A. is where I am from. I would agree with you about not caring if someone minds the curiosity of another person. If someone does not want to answer a certain question, they are not obligated to, however, being rude about it is unnecessary. Just my thoughts.

Happy Orbits, if I ask any questions that seem too personal, the person that the question is asked of is under no obligation to answer. If it is an innocent curiosity, I do not see any problem with answering the question. Just my thoughts. Diane, I will be sure to update my blog as often as I can. The reason for the lack of regular posts is due to not having peppers to review just yet. Stay tuned.
