Leviathan hot sauce review by Ragnar Snedeker

Today’s review is going to be of Leviathan hot sauce by Cajohns Fiery foods. It has an instantaneous heat to it, as well as a lemony sweetness. This could be a good hot sauce for any meats, omelets, sausage and gravy biscuits. With regard to the flavor of the sauce, there is a taste of lemon in it, however, it is not overwhelming. While the heat does come on immediately, I would describe it as a mild to medium heat. So there is just enough to notice, however, it is not overwhelming. While I feel the heat of this sauce, I find that the lemony component tones it down without completely eliminating it. There is a garlic flavor to it which also tones down the heat.

The heat is a medium level heat by my standards. Personally, I would recommend this sauce to any person who likes a sauce with good heat and good flavor. Enough heat is there to be detectable, however, the flavor of this sauce is definitely to my liking.

Lethal Ingestion hot sauce review by Ragnar Snedeker

Today’s review is going to be of Lethal Ingestion hot sauce by Cajohns Fiery Foods. I have found the flavor to be quite enjoyable. As far as the heat is concerned, it is noticeable, however, it is not too bad. It is thick, so care should be taken when using this sauce in order to avoid using more drops than desired. Personally, 2 or 3 drops at a time is what I go for. Red Savina, Fatalii, and Bhut Jolokia chiles are blended together using our special process to create the World’s Hottest Non-Extract Hot Sauce. Something I do like about this sauce is that it does not have any extract in it, just the heat and flavor of the peppers.

Vicious Viper hot sauce review by Ragnar Snedeker

Today’s review is going to be about Vicious Viper hot sauce by Cajohns Fiery Foods. I have enjoyed the sauce. It has great flavor and great heat. Before the heat kicks in, there is a pronounced turmeric flavor. As far as the heat factor is concerned, the heat is noticeable, however, the sauce is great. Would definitely recommend this to any person who wants a hot sauce that has great flavor and heat to it. This sauce could be used on any meats and be tasty.

Mongoose hot sauce review by Ragnar Snedeker

Today’s review is going to be of the Mongoose hot sauce by Cajohns Fiery Foods. I have had this sauce before and found the flavor to be quite good. For a hot sauce/pepper enthusiast, this hot sauce is definitely a good choice. Even though the sauce is thick, I would definitely recommend this for a hot sauce lover. As for the heat, the Mongoose hot sauce definitely delivers. When I first tasted it, I thought that there was a black pepper flavor to it. Perhaps due to the pepper extract or due to the possibility that black pepper was actively used when the sauce was produced. Regarding the heat, it is noticeable, however, it is not too much of an issue for me unless I overdo it. The sauce is thick, so care should be taken when people are using it so as to avoid getting an undesired amount on their food. For a hot sauce/pepper enthusiast that loves heat and flavor, the Mongoose hot sauce delivers on both fronts. This sauce would be good on any meats, sausage and gravy biscuits, omelettes.

Black Mamba 6 Get Bitten hot sauce review by Ragnar Snedeker

Today’s hot sauce review is going to be about Black Mamba 6 by Cajohn’s Fiery Foods. I have found this hot sauce to be reasonably spicy. For a hot sauce enthusiast, it would be a great choice. A beginner would definitely want to start with something milder. Unless one has a profound heat tolerance, this sauce may be too spicy for the average person. This would be highly recommended for a hot sauce enthusiast. What struck me about this sauce was the immediate heat factor. It does not take long to kick in, however, the flavor makes the sauce worth repeat purchases. It does not take very much sauce to add a significant amount of spice to any food.
